I’ve always loved being active growing up, and learning as much as I could about fitness and nutrition meaning I went on to study nutrition as my degree! but developing an eating disorder during my teens being consumed by restriction, fear of weight gain and fuelling my body meant I had to re-learn what being healthy meant to me. I’ve found my balance, confidence, and love for training to look after my body and feel good and my version of happy and healthy! I want to help you find yours!

Coaching will not only provide you with personalised workout and nutrition plans. But also means I am there to share all the wins along the way or provide that encouragement whenever you need it too! Recovering from an ED made me want to support others to find their happy, healthy balance too whatever your goals. Let’s work together not just to build a healthy body you feel confident in, but to find a love for fitness and find a balance and freedom with food too.
